Users agree to pay for all services they book, such as rides or partner services, at the rates displayed at the time of booking. All payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway. Drivers and partners agree that all payments due to them will be disbursed weekly, subject to any applicable fees or statutory deductions.
Drivers and partners are independent contractors and not employees of HabibRaja Group. You must maintain a valid license, insurance, and all necessary permits for your vehicle or service. You agree to uphold our community safety standards, maintain a clean vehicle, and provide courteous service. Failure to do so may result in deactivation from the platform.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of India, with the venue in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
